INIKAMA HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
1. check-in is from 15:00, check-out is no later than 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence at INIKAMA. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own residence.
3. Smoking, partying and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors) or in the garden. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.
6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remotes or parking passes.
8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the flats to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
